This monster was interesting and enjoyable in ways I wasn’t expecting. Besides the the burger quality, loosely formed and quite juicy at medium, I may have enjoyed the sauerkraut the most! Can’t say I’d ever had sauerkraut on a burger but this really worked.
The Russian dressing was great but I found myself alternating bites with spicy brown mustard, which of course is the perfect pairing for sauerkraut.
This is the most I’ve ever dropped on a burger, $17. Not sure how I feel about that. Being a Jewish deli, I subbed the fries for potato salad, and boy am I ever glad I did — yummy.
